About the Publication

The Melbourne International Relations Review (MIRR) is a student-run publication focusing on international relations and global geopolitics. The aim of this publication is to act as an independent platform where politics students and enthusiasts can freely voice their opinions about global events and the world order more broadly. MIRR is particularly interested in discussing topics that are often ignored by mainstream academic discourse, such as the Eurocentric nature of international relations. The editorial team is representative of people from diverse backgrounds and we are very eager to integrate intersectional diversity in the field of international relations.

This publication has been developed by the Melbourne International Relations Society.
